Job Overview

The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, identifying potential customers, promoting freight forwarding services, and building strong client relationships to support the company's business growth.

Key Responsibilities:-
• Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, online research, and other sales channels.
• Identify and approach potential clients, including importers, exporters, manufacturers, and traders.
• Promote air freight, sea freight, and other logistics services offered by the company.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the pricing team to provide competitive quotations.
• Follow up on leads and quotations to convert prospects into customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, quotations,



and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to customer enquiries.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business development.

Eligibility:
• 1–3 years of overall experience, with at least 1 year of mandatory experience in the freight forwarding industry.
• Basic understanding of freight forwarding, shipping, and import-export processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and client acquisition.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a target-driven setting.
