Job Title: Campus Partnerships Manager
Location: Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
• College Research & Strategy: Lead primary research in colleges to identify barriers preventing first-generation low-income (FGLI) students from achieving strong placement outcomes.
• Establish Student Chapters: Set up on-campus student chapters to provide mentorship and support to FGLI learners, working closely with student leaders and volunteers.
• Faculty & Admin Liaison: Build working relationships with faculty and college administration to gain official recognition and support for student chapters and program initiatives.
• Program Design & Execution: Design and implement mentorship programs, conduct periodic project reviews, and monitor progress against program outcomes.




• Team & Stakeholder Management: Hire and onboard team members, conduct training, and align internal teams and external stakeholders to drive program impact.
• Travel & Reporting: Travel to target college campuses, prepare workplans, and report progress to senior leaders.

Ideal Candidate: A self-starter with solid entrepreneurial drive, analytical skills, ownership, and stakeholder management wisdom. Comfortable with travel, human interaction, and first-principles thinking.
