About the Role

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and emerging creator platforms, aligned with brand objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with nano, micro, and macro influencers to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Plan and execute influencer campaigns for product launches, seasonal pushes, and ongoing brand initiatives.
• Coordinate with influencers on content briefs, timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure brand and compliance alignment.




• Track influencer performance using key metrics such as reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, and ROI.
• Work closely with brand, content, performance marketing, and design teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.
• Negotiate commercials, manage contracts, payouts, and invoices in coordination with finance and legal teams.
• Stay updated on creator trends, platform updates, and competitor influencer strategies.
• Manage influencer databases, campaign trackers, and reporting dashboards.
• Ensure all influencer content adheres to brand guidelines, disclosure norms, and platform policies.
• Any task assigned by the management.

Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
