Job Summary
We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive sales and market development for Jaquar Lighting across Kerala. The ideal candidate should have experience in the lighting industry or a similar field, with strong dealer and distributor relationships, market knowledge, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
· Sales & Business Development: Drive sales growth for Jaquar Lighting across Kerala and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
· Dealer & Distributor Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
· Market Development: Identify new business opportunities, appoint new dealers, and expand the brand's market presence across Kerala.
· Project Sales: Develop business opportunities with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors,



and electrical consultants.
· Channel Management: Ensure product availability, visibility, and effective promotion at dealer outlets and retail showrooms.
· Sales Planning: Prepare sales forecasts, territory plans, and regular sales performance reports.
· Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, pricing, market trends, and customer preferences.
· Customer Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with key customers and resolve sales-related issues promptly.
· Team Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and customer support.
· Market Visits: Regularly travel across Kerala to meet dealers, develop new accounts, and strengthen existing business.
Required Qualifications & Experience
• Graduate in any discipline; a business or marketing qualification is an advantage.
