Role Overview :
We are looking for a Campaign Manager who combines brand strategy with creative thinking to conceptualise and execute impactful campaigns. The candidate will own the complete campaign journey—from consumer insights and big ideas to creative direction, execution, and performance evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:
● Develop brand and campaign strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience insights.
● Conceptualise creative campaigns for product launches, seasonal collections, and brand initiatives.
● Build campaign narratives, taglines, key visuals, scripts, mood boards, and creative briefs.
● Lead campaign execution across social media, digital ads, website, app, and offline channels.




● Collaborate with design, content, photography, video production, social media, and performance marketing teams.
● Manage campaign timelines, budgets, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination.
● Analyse campaign performance and use insights to improve future campaigns.
● Ensure consistent brand positioning, storytelling, and communication across touchpoints.

Requirements:
● 3–6 years of experience in brand strategy, creative campaigns, advertising, or integrated marketing.
● Solid understanding of consumer behaviour, brand positioning, storytelling, and creative communication.
● Ability to turn business objectives into compelling campaign ideas.
● Experience managing campaigns from concept to execution.
● Strong project management, communication, and creative problem-solving skills.
● Experience in fashion, lifestyle, D2C, or e-commerce brands is preferred.
