Role Description
The Sales Executive will work full time in office at the Mumbai office, engaging directly with property owners, PG operators, and hostel managers to onboard and maintain listings on the BedR platform. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, conducting sales calls and meetings, presenting the value of the platform, and negotiating agreements to expand the marketplace inventory.
The role involves tracking sales performance, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to support campaigns and ensure high-quality listings. The Sales Executive will also respond to partner inquiries, provide ongoing support, and gather feedback to help improve BedR’s services and customer experience.
Salary: 6LPA - 7.2LPA
Qualifications
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with property owners and accommodation providers.
• Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and closing deals, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or marketplace platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with clear spoken and written English; proficiency in Hindi and local languages is an advantage.
