Job Summary
This position will lead facility team to be responsible for provide maintenance service and improve reliabilities for the whole Vietnam site facility system and equipment, including HVAC, substations, air compressors, water treatment, heating water system, generator, gas station, etc. and anything related to building is under this role also. This position also will be responsible for the focus factory’s production equipment in the aspect of maintenance technology.
Key Job Responsibilities
• Ensure the reliability of facility system and production equipment for focus factory.
• Troubleshoot and take immediate action to malfunction of facility and production equipment failure which technicians can’t fix.
• Provide technical support for maintenance technicians.
• RCA for complicated and frequent issues and develop preventive action.
• Budget and spending management, continuous improvement, and productivity.
• Develop AM/PM plan and standard task form.
• Spare part list management for the accountable area.
• Provide training for maintenance technicians and operators.
• Develop WI for standard work process.
• Support CAPEX projects, current equipment installation, test and acceptance.
• Lead TPM Projects for facility and production equipment reliability improvement.
• People and PPM management for facility team.
