We are looking for a Manager – Digital Ad Sales & Business Development who can drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, existing account growth and strong agency relationships.
What You’ll Do

• Drive digital ad sales and revenue across the assigned territory.
• Manage and grow key/enterprise accounts and build long-term client relationships.
• Acquire new clients and identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling and renewals.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with digital agencies, advertisers and media stakeholders.
• Create and present digital advertising proposals and customised branding solutions.




• Own the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and pitching to negotiation, campaign delivery and renewal.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and client satisfaction.
• Understand client objectives and recommend relevant mobile/digital media solutions.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
• Bring fresh ideas and stay updated on digital media, advertising and industry trends.

What We’re Looking For:
• 3–5 years of experience in Digital Advertising / Media Sales / Ad Sales / Business Development.
• Experience in Mobile Media, Ad Networks, Publishers, Internet or Technology companies is preferred.
• Strong network/contacts across Digital Agencies and Advertisers.
• Proven experience in new business acquisition and account growth.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Excellent client relationship and account management abilit
