Role Description The Speech Language Pathologist/Therapist will provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for children with speech, language,



and communication challenges in a multidisciplinary setting. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting standardized and informal evaluations, developing individualized therapy plans, delivering one-on-one and small-group speech and language sessions, and monitoring progress. The role involves working closely with caregivers and other professionals to set goals, provide home-based strategies, and participate in case discussions and team meetings. The therapist will maintain accurate documentation, prepare progress reports, and contribute to parent education and counseling related to communication development. This is a full-time, in office role based at Suvatsalya Child Growth & Development Centre in Gurugram.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in evaluating and managing Language Disorders.
• Candidates should possess knowledge and clinical skills related to Dysphagia management.
