Position Overview

We are looking for a Director – US Market & Solutions Marketing to lead demand generation and solutions marketing for Genzeon’s US market, with a strong focus on Microsoft, Cloud, Data & AI, and Digital Engineering services.

This is a hands-on, commercially focused marketing leadership role. The ideal candidate will partner closely with Sales, Practice, Pre-Sales, Microsoft Alliance, and Delivery leadership to translate complex technology capabilities into compelling market propositions, targeted campaigns, sales plays, and measurable pipeline.

The role requires strong understanding of the North American enterprise technology market, proven B2B demand-generation experience, and the ability to connect marketing activity directly to business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

US Market Strategy & Demand Generation





• Develop and execute the US marketing strategy aligned with business, sales, and practice growth priorities.

• Build a repeatable demand-generation engine focused on qualified opportunities and pipeline creation.

• Identify target accounts, industries, buyer personas, and market opportunities across the North American enterprise landscape.

• Develop and execute ABM and account-focused campaigns in partnership with Sales.

• Own campaign planning, execution, optimization, and performance measurement.

Microsoft & Solutions Marketing

• Translate Microsoft capabilities across Azure, Data & AI, Microsoft Fabric, Copilot, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Application Modernization, Security, and related services into buyer-centric propositions.

• Partner with Microsoft Alliance and Practice teams to leverage Microsoft ecosystem opportunities, joint GTM motions, co-sell, Marketplace, events, and field engagement.
