Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Delhi, India. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue recent business opportunities, build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, and drive lead generation activities through calls, meetings, and digital outreach. The role involves presenting NAC’s learning solutions to prospective clients, conducting product demos, negotiating terms,



and closing deals to meet revenue targets. The executive will manage key accounts, ensure client satisfaction, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine offerings and support growth strategies. Regular reporting on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity is also part of the day-to-day responsibilities.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and convert new opportunities.
• Candidates should possess Business and Account Management skills to manage pipelines, maintain client relationships, and drive renewals and upsells.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to present solutions, conduct negotiations, and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
