Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Business Development Trainee in the Ed-Tech Sales team at Bhanzu. The trainee will engage with prospective learners and families, introduce Bhanzu’s math learning solutions, and support the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to enrollment.



Daily responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls, explaining product offerings, and following up with potential customers via phone, email, and online channels. The role also involves conducting basic market research, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies. The trainee is expected to meet defined targets, provide clear and empathetic customer communication, and represent Bhanzu’s mission and values in all interactions.
