Engineering Manager – .NET & Azure
Hands-on engineering leadership | Architecture | Client collaboration

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on engineering leader to help a capable team take a mature and growing product forward. The role involves working on interesting product and engineering challenges, combining technical leadership, engineering delivery, mentoring, architecture and close collaboration with product and client stakeholders, with room to influence technical direction and how the team works.

This is not a traditional project-management role, nor a people-management role disconnected from engineering. You’ll remain meaningfully involved in the engineering itself — moving comfortably between code, architecture, debugging, technical decisions and planning, while helping the team make sound decisions and deliver well.

You’ll be working on a product with a rapidly expanding customer base across the global AEC industry.

Dwaravati is a software development studio with a small team of experienced engineers.

We work closely with client stakeholders to shape and build products, and operate as a lean, cohesive and highly effective company with a flat hierarchy and an open, collaborative environment where experienced engineers have significant ownership and autonomy.
