We’re looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join the Finance Team at Grant Fit Out. This is a great opportunity for an organised, proactive individual who enjoys working as part of a busy team and wants to play an significant role in supporting the financial operations behind our fit-out projects.
The Role
Working closely with our Finance and wider project teams, you will help keep our accounts processes accurate, organised and running smoothly.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
– Retrieving and maintaining accurate delivery docket records from our site management system.
– Matching supplier invoices against signed delivery dockets to support accurate and efficient processing.
– Processing invoices through our invoicing software in a timely and organised manner.
– Reconciling monthly supplier statements and resolving discrepancies.
– Completing credit applications for new suppliers and subcontractors.
– Updating weekly cashflow reports with subcontractor invoices to support financial forecasting.
– Providing additional administrative support to the Finance Team as required.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is organised, accurate and dependable, with a strong eye for detail and a positive approach to working as part of a team.
Ideally, You Will Have
– A minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience, preferably within construction or a related industry.
– Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel.
– Experience using SAGE Line 50 would be an advantage.
– The ability to manage your own workload and work to deadlines.
– Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach.
– The ability to work confidently both independently and collaboratively.
