The Senior Designer is responsible for developing F&F; story-led collections per year, from initial research and concept development through design direction, moodboards, storytelling and collaboration with the supporting designer and the marketing team. The role creates the creative foundation and identity of each collection and drives it through development, working with the design/art team to translate the concept into a commercially viable F&F; collection.
The first draft of the look board / moodboard will be provided by Vandana (Head of Design and Product); deep research should then be done by the Senior Designer. Collaboration, communication and story-building will be done by her.
• Role separation: the Senior Designer owns Concept → Moodboard → Story → Creative Direction → Design Brief → Design Development → Marketing Collaboration → Collection Identity, working with Support Designer.
