About the Role
We are looking for a creative, strategic and execution-focused Brand Manager to drive the brand journey for Bajaj Broking across ATL, BTL and TTL channels.
The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of brand building, campaign strategy, consumer communication and design, along with the ability to translate business objectives into impactful marketing campaigns.
This role will work closely with internal stakeholders, creative agencies, media partners, digital teams and business teams to build a consistent and differentiated brand presence for Bajaj Broking.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Management
• Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
• Strengthen Bajaj Broking's brand positioning, proposition and communication.
• Ensure consistency of brand identity and messaging across all consumer touchpoints.
• Manage and evolve brand guidelines, tone of voice, visual identity and communication standards.
• Track market trends, competitor communication and consumer behavior to identify opportunities.





ATL / BTL / TTL Marketing
• Plan and execute integrated ATL, BTL and TTL campaigns across relevant channels.
• Conceptualize campaigns from brief to execution, ensuring strong consumer impact and brand consistency.
• Work with creative and media agencies to develop campaign concepts, communication assets and media plans.
• Manage offline brand activations, events, OOH, print, radio, partnerships and other relevant touchpoints.
• Ensure seamless integration between offline and digital campaigns.

Creative & Design
• Strong understanding of design principles, visual communication and creative storytelling.
• Work closely with designers and creative agencies to develop campaign creatives, key visuals, digital assets and marketing collaterals.
• Ability to independently review and provide constructive feedback on designs, layouts, typography, colors and overall visual communication.
