The role
As a Holiday Consultant, you’ll turn a client’s travel aspirations into thoughtfully designed, high-value international itineraries. You’ll own the journey from first conversation to booking confirmation, working with premium and HNI clients across Europe, Asia, Africa and beyond.
What you’ll do
• Understand client preferences and design customised itineraries
• Use consultative selling to guide clients from proposal to booking
• Coordinate flights, hotels, experiences and transfers with internal teams and suppliers Build long-term client relationships through discretion and attention to detail
Who we’re looking for
• 5–8 years of customer-facing sales experience
• Experience with premium or HNI clientele
• Strong knowledge of international leisure destinations across regions
• Excellent Communication in English, Hindi, and Bengali
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to juggle multiple enquiries at once
