Role Description The Senior Tax Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves leading and managing tax engagements, including tax planning, compliance, and preparation for a diverse portfolio of clients, with emphasis on indirect taxes and GST.



The Senior Tax Manager will review complex tax computations, interpret and apply tax laws, oversee statutory filings, and manage tax litigation and assessments. The role includes supervising and mentoring team members, coordinating with government authorities and legal professionals, and ensuring high standards of quality, ethics, and client service. The Senior Tax Manager will also contribute to developing internal tax processes, identifying risk areas, and proposing strategic tax solutions aligned with clients’ business objectives.
Qualifications

• Robust expertise in tax planning and tax strategy to optimize clients’ tax positions.
• Demonstrated experience in tax compliance and tax preparation across direct and indirect tax domains.
• In-depth knowledge of tax law, with specific focus on GST and related regulatory frameworks.
• Broad understanding of core tax concepts and practices, including risk assessment
