Role Overview

CUBE is looking for a Design Coordinator – Oil & Gas to manage multidisciplinary engineering coordination and project information workflows through a Common Data Environment (CDE). The candidate will ensure effective collaboration between engineering teams, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders while maintaining accurate documentation, revision control, and timely delivery of engineering information.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage CDE platforms for document sharing, review, approval, and revision control.
• Coordinate engineering deliverables across disciplines such as Piping, Mechanical, Civil & Structural, Electrical, and Instrumentation.
• Maintain document registers, drawing logs, transmittals, and revision histories.
• Track design submissions, technical queries, review comments, and pending approvals.
• Facilitate interdisciplinary design reviews and follow up on coordination issues.
• Ensure compliance with project information management protocols and CDE workflows.
• Prepare periodic reports on document status, deliverables, and outstanding issues.




• Support project teams in using CDE platforms and improving digital collaboration.

Required Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or a related engineering discipline.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in design coordination, CDE management, or engineering document control.
• Prior experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, refinery, or petrochemical projects is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with CDE platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360, Bentley ProjectWise, Aconex, Asite, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of engineering documentation, revision control, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Familiarity with ISO 19650, BIM workflows, and tools such as AutoCAD or Navisworks is an advantage.
• Robust communication, coordination, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
