About the Role
We're looking for a Copywriter who understands that great copy isn't just about clever words. It's about understanding the audience, the brand, and what makes people take action.
This role focuses heavily on performance marketing and performance creatives. We need someone who understands how copy works within ads, how hooks capture attention, how messaging communicates value, and how creative ideas can influence clicks, conversions, and sales.
You'll work with brands across different industries, developing copy and creative concepts for digital advertising, social media, and campaigns. We value original thinking, research, and strong creative instincts over simply generating content using AI.

What You'll Do

• Develop compelling hooks, headlines, ad copy, and creative concepts for performance marketing campaigns.
• Write copy for Meta ads, social media creatives, landing pages, websites,

product launches, and brand campaigns.
• Understand the relationship between copy, visuals, audience psychology, and campaign objectives.
• Develop multiple copy variations for testing different hooks, messaging angles, offers, and calls to action.
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and performance marketers to develop effective ad creatives.
• Research target audiences, customer pain points, competitors, and market trends to identify strong messaging opportunities.
• Contribute to creative testing and iteration by using performance insights to refine messaging.
• Develop brand stories and campaign ideas while ensuring the copy aligns with each brand's tone and identity.
• Take ownership of the creative process, from research and ideation to final copy and iterations.

•

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of professional copywriting experience.
• A robust understanding
