Alcomex Springs India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and motivated EXIM Executive to join our Commercial – SCM team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in export-import operations, documentation, logistics coordination, and regulatory compliance.
? Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end export and import documentation and operations.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, freight forwarders, CHAs, transporters, and internal teams.
• Handle shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, certificates of origin, and Bills of Lading.
• Manage EOU compliance, statutory documentation, bonded inventory, and regulatory requirements.
• Handle Duty Drawback claims, export incentives, and GST-related documentation, including ITC refunds and e-way bills.
• Track shipments, coordinate container planning, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Prepare MIS reports and maintain accurate import-export records.
• Support statutory audits and ensure compliance with Customs, DGFT, GST, and applicable foreign trade regulations.
? Required Skills & Qualifications
• 3–5 years of experience in EXIM operations, logistics, or international trade.
• Knowledge of EOU/SEZ operations and compliance will be an advantage.
• Good command of English and robust communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems such as SAP, Tally Prime, Oracle, or equivalent.
• Strong planning, analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
