Role Overview
We are looking for a Brand & Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of brand strategy, integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, consumer engagement, and brand growth.
The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking, creativity, consumer understanding,



and solid execution skills to build a distinctive and consistent V-Rich brand across digital and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
• Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Define and strengthen brand positioning, value proposition, messaging, and visual identity.
• Build long-term brand equity and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
• Develop annual brand calendars, marketing roadmaps, and growth strategies.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen brand awareness, consideration, and customer loyalty.

2. Advertising & Integrated Campaign Management
• Plan, execute, and optimize 360° marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, Digital, Retail, PR, and Influencer channels.
• Lead advertising campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, OTT, Print, Radio, Outdoor (OOH), and Influencer Marketi
