Role Overview:
The Manager – Business Operations will be a broad generalist across the Business Operations function,



supporting the VP – Business Operations in driving strategic planning, sales process optimization, and performance management across sales, presales, customer success, and inside sales. This is a leadership role with direct reports, requiring the ability to operate across multiple operational areas — order management, MIS/reporting, pricing desk, and license support— while also contributing to annual business planning and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee and coordinate across core Business Operations functions, including order management/invoicing, MIS and revenue reporting (Salesforce), special price clearance, and business process design.
• Support annual business planning, quota setting in partnership with the VP – Business Operations.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of function-area managers/specialists, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timeliness of output.
