Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Malappuram.



The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue recent business opportunities, build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads, and nurture prospects from initial contact to closure. Responsibilities include conducting market research, reaching out to potential customers via calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting tailored solutions related to Zoho-based implementations and services. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts, coordinating with technical and implementation teams to align solutions with client needs, and preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations. The Business Development Executive will also track performance metrics, provide regular sales reports, and contribute ideas to improve sales strategies, customer engagement, and overall revenue growth.
