Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will engage with prospective and existing clients, present property solutions, and manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to closing deals. The role involves developing and executing marketing activities, including local campaigns, digital outreach support, and promotional events to increase brand visibility and lead flow. The Specialist will handle client inquiries,



provide consistent follow-up, and maintain solid customer service standards. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to refine sales strategies and training materials.
