The RoleWe are looking for a Creative Head with a strong advertising agency background to lead the creative function at Brand Bazooka.
This is a hands-on creative leadership role for someone who can think beyond individual deliverables and build strong campaign ideas, brand stories and communication platforms.
The ideal candidate should be able to take a business brief, find the communication opportunity, develop a robust creative thought and lead the team through the complete journey—from concept to execution.
You will work closely with Copywriters, Art Directors,



Designers, Video & Production teams, Strategy and Account teams to create work that is strategically relevant, creatively distinctive and effective.

Key Responsibilities• Lead the overall creative vision and quality across Brand Bazooka's client portfolio.
• Develop campaign ideas, creative platforms, communication territories and brand stories.
• Translate business and communication objectives into strong creative solutions.
• Conceptualise and lead 360° campaigns across digital, social, print, video, OOH and other relevant mediums.
• Lead brainstorming and ideation sessions and push the team towards stronger, more original thinking.
• Review, refine and elevate creative work before it reaches the client.
• Provide creative direction to copywriters, art directors, designers and video teams.
• Ensure consistency in brand identity, visual language, tone of voice and storytelling.
