Position: New Product Development Engineer
Industry: Rubber Industry
Salary: ₹40,000/month
Experience: Minimum 4 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Polymer, Rubber Technology, or a related engineering field

Location: Sector 80, Noida

Key Responsibilities
• Develop new rubber products as per customer requirements and industry standards.
• Work on rubber compounds, raw materials, formulations, and product specifications.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and purchase teams.
• Conduct product trials, testing, and sample development.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to rubber products and manufacturing processes.
• Prepare technical documentation, product specifications, and development reports.




• Support cost optimization, process improvement, and quality enhancement.
• Coordinate with customers on samples, feedback, and product modifications.

Required Skills
• Minimum 4 years of NPD experience in the rubber industry.
• Knowledge of rubber compounds, materials, moulding processes, and product testing.
• Experience in product trials, troubleshooting, and quality improvement.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
