Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Pune for a Content Creator, Videographer and Video Editor. The role involves planning and producing engaging visual content that showcases TIB’s treks, group experiences, and premium stays, aligned with the brand’s tone and standards.



Day-to-day tasks include filming on location during events and stays, capturing candid and promotional footage, coordinating with operations and marketing teams, and maintaining equipment. The team member will edit video content for social media, digital campaigns, and promotional materials, including trimming, color correction, sound design, and basic motion graphics. The role also includes managing content libraries, repurposing footage into short-form content, and collaborating on content ideas that highlight community stories and brand experiences.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in videography and video editing, including experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Ability to create engaging content for social media and digital platforms, with an understanding of visual storytelling and audience engagement.
