Role Description<

The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for generating leads, managing walk-in and inquiry-based sales, and closing sales for detailing and enhancement services. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with customers, explaining service offerings, preparing quotations, and following up to convert prospects into clients.



The specialist will support marketing activities such as social media promotion, local outreach, and brand-building initiatives in coordination with the studio team. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of sales activities, tracking performance metrics, and contributing ideas to improve customer experience and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and deliver a high-quality experience.
