We’re hiring: Content & Social Media Lead,
Rugged Rush is an obstacle course race: 7 km of mud, walls, crawls and 14 obstacles, built for everyone from first-timers to responsible athletes. Every race ends in a festival zone with music, food and fitness.
It’s created by Paper Mache, the team behind the Guwahati Marathon.
Our Bengaluru pilot pulled 2,200+ participants with zero content behind it. This season, we’re going to four cities: Hyderabad, Mumbai, Chennai and Bengaluru. We need someone to show India what it feels like to cross that finish line.
You’ll shoot, edit, post and grow the community, and you’ll own the page end to end.
Looking for:
• 2–4 years in content, with a Reels portfolio that speaks for itself
• Video first, design-capable
• Someone who lives fitness and doesn’t mind getting muddy on race day
Location: Bengaluru / Guwahati
Salary: ₹6–8 LPA + performance bonus
