As a senior leader, you will collaborate extensively with cross-functional stakeholders—including product owners, architects, delivery teams, and executive leadership—to ensure the seamless alignment of technology strategies with business goals and user needs.
Your proactive engagement and influence will help advance both technology roadmaps and operational excellence across the bank.
Key Responsibilities Include
• Defining, communicating, and executing the architectural vision and technology roadmap for credit platforms in collaboration with product leadership and key stakeholders.
• Driving innovation through the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and best practices, championing modernization efforts to enhance system robustness and user experience.
• Providing hands-on technical leadership and mentorship to engineering and delivery teams, ensuring solutions meet quality, security, and compliance standards.
• Building and nurturing solid partnerships with multiple business units, including Risk, Compliance, Human Resources, Legal, and senior management, to promote integrated delivery and governance.
