Role Description
The Human Resources Executive will oversee day-to-day HR operations and support the implementation of people-related policies and processes. Responsibilities include managing employee lifecycle activities, maintaining HR records, coordinating recruitment and onboarding, and supporting performance management and employee engagement initiatives. The role also involves handling employee relations matters, assisting with HR policy communication, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards and applicable regulations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, requiring close collaboration with internal stakeholders and program teams.

Qualifications
• Candidates should possess solid skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management,



with experience in core HR functions.
• Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations and HR Policies, including implementation, documentation, and compliance.
• Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, with the ability to handle queries, support conflict resolution, and promote a positive work environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and integrity in handling confidential information.
• Ability to work on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, collaborate with diverse teams, and support mission-driven, community-focused initiatives.
