Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Auditor role based in Tiruvallur. The Junior Auditor will support internal audit activities, including reviewing financial records, operational processes, and compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. Daily responsibilities include collecting and analyzing data, testing internal controls, documenting findings, and preparing clear audit workpapers and reports.



The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and monitor the implementation of corrective actions. The Junior Auditor will also assist in risk assessments, support periodic audits of specific departments or projects, and participate in ongoing improvement of audit methodologies and tools.
Qualifications
• Foundational knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and internal control frameworks.
• Ability to analyze financial and operational data, identify discrepancies, and draw logical conclusions.
