Role Overview
• We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Manager with proven experience in B2B institutional sales, college outreach, and closing MoUs with colleges and universities for skill development and training programs.
• The ideal candidate must have an established understanding of the higher education ecosystem and the ability to engage with college management, principals, directors, Deans, Heads of Departments (HODs),



and Training & Placement Officers (TPOs).
• This role requires a hands-on business development professional who can independently manage the entire sales cycle—from identifying prospective institutions and conducting meetings to negotiating commercial terms post-management approval, closing MoUs, and converting partnerships into revenue-generating training engagements.

Key Responsibilities
1. B2B College Outreach & Institutional Partnerships
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with colleges, universities, and higher education institutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with college management, principals, directors, Deans, HODs, and TPOs.
• Conduct in-person meetings, institutional presentations, and business discussions with key decision-makers.
• Develop a strong pipeline of prospective colleges and universities across assigned territories.
