About the Company
TTS Group provides communication, safety, security and industrial solutions, serving government departments, airports, metro railways, PSUs and private-sector customers.

Key Responsibilities
• Generate new business opportunities for Motorola DMR two-way radios, DAMM TETRA systems, PoC and MCX communication solutions.
• Promote fire & safety systems, CCTV surveillance, body-worn cameras and industrial electrical cables.
• Identify and develop customers across government, PSU (Oil & Gas), airport, metro, railway, power and industrial sectors.
• Generate leads, conduct customer meetings, arrange product demonstrations and follow up on sales enquiries.
• Prepare quotations, commercial proposals and sales presentations.
• Identify relevant tenders, RFQs and project opportunities.




• Develop relationships with channel partners, consultants, EPC contractors and system integrators.
• Maintain sales pipelines, customer databases and periodic sales reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills
• Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales and business development.
• Experience in telecom, wireless communication, security systems or industrial products preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of tendering and government sales processes will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and LinkedIn.
