About The Role
As a Sales Manager at VELAAR, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and contributing to the growth of our business in the chembur region. We are seeking dynamic individuals with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
• Client Acquisition:
• Identify and prospect potential clients in the Chembur area.
• Conduct effective sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our products/services.
• Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain solid relationships with existing clients.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.
Sales Targets:
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
Market Research:
• Stay informed about market trends,



competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Provide regular feedback to the team on market conditions and opportunities.
Sales Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.
• Generate regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
Collaboration:
• Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to enhance the overall sales process.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals.
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience: preferably from the real estate Industry.
Minimum Experience: 2 years of experience
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the real estate ecosystem & current market trends.
