Role Description The Agency Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Vadodara, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role is responsible for recruiting, onboarding,



and developing agency partners and advisors to drive health insurance sales and achieve branch and regional targets. The Agency Manager will plan and execute sales strategies, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular coaching and support to the agency team. Daily activities include conducting field visits, joint calls, and training sessions, ensuring adherence to regulatory and company standards, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners. The role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders for marketing support, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement of the agency channel.
