Role Overview – Senior Accountant
techsofya is looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and accountable Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, payroll-related accounting, and statutory compliance across the company's Indian and international entities.

About the Role
The role requires a hands-on qualified capable of managing multiple legal entities across different countries, coordinating with local finance teams, external accountants, tax consultants, payroll providers, and auditors, and ensuring that accounting records, statutory filings, tax payments, payroll obligations, and financial reports are completed accurately and within prescribed timelines.



The candidate must have a strong ownership mindset, a go-getter attitude, and the ability to independently drive deliverables to closure. The role involves coordinating across different jurisdictions, understanding country-specific compliance requirements, maintaining consolidated compliance trackers, and ensuring effective communication and follow-up with relevant stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Additional Responsibilities – International Accounting & Compliance
A. Multi-Country Accounting Operations
• Manage and coordinate accounting operations across multiple techsofya legal entities in India and other international jurisdictions.
• Coordinate with local accountants, finance teams, external accounting firms, and consultants in countries where techsofya operates to ensure timely and accurate maintenance of books of accounts.
• Ensure that accounting records, general ledgers, bank reconciliations, accounts
