We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Provider Network Development Executive to join our team and take ownership of expanding our international healthcare provider network.
The core responsibility of this role will be to identify hospitals and healthcare providers, initiate partnerships, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully onboard them into our network.
Key Responsibilities• Identify and approach hospitals, clinics and healthcare providers in target locations
• Build relationships with hospital management and key decision-makers
• Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, calls and other channels
• Present our company and explain the benefits of joining our provider network
• Arrange meetings and negotiate rates, payment terms and service arrangements
• Coordinate provider documentation and due diligence




• Follow up consistently until successful onboarding
• Maintain and regularly update the provider/network database
• Work closely with the Operations team to identify network gaps and priority locations
• Maintain solid relationships with existing providers
• Achieve defined targets for provider outreach, meetings and successful onboardings
What We’re Looking For• Graduate in any discipline
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and follow-up abilities
• Confident speaking with senior hospital/clinic representatives
• Comfortable with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach and email communication
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to independently manage multiple partnership discussions
• Good command of written and spoken English
