Job Summary
The Talent Development Processor supports Learning & Development (L&D;) operations by managing learning administration activities within LMS platforms. The role ensures accurate course assignments, tracking, and compliance with training requirements while maintaining high service quality in a global HRO environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Assign learning courses and track completion through LMS systems
• Maintain and update learner data and training records
• Support compliance training initiatives and reporting
• Handle learner queries and resolve requests within SLA timelines
• Ensure data accuracy and adherence to process guidelines
• Generate basic reports and dashboards for training metrics
• HRIS Analyst — Learning / Talent Development
• • Oracle Learning Cloud configuration: courses, offerings, specializations, learning items
• • Content management: SCORM/AICC/xAPI uploads, video content, learning content providers
• • Catalog management, learning communities, assignment rules and required learning
• • Learning assignments & compliance training:



required/mandatory learning setup, assignment rules and dynamic audiences, recurring/renewable assignments and certification expiry, due dates and reminders/escalations, completion tracking, and compliance/audit reporting
• • Learning records, completions, and transcript management
• • Talent Management adjacencies: Goal Management, Performance Management, Career Development, Talent Review, Succession (often grouped here)
• • Skills/competency frameworks and Agile Skills / Oracle Skills Center awareness
• • Notifications, reminders, and learning journeys
• • Integration with external content (e.g., LinkedIn Learning, Skillsoft)
• • Reporting on completion rates, compliance training, and certifications

Required Qualifications
Graduate (any discipline); HR / L&D; certification preferred

1–3 years of experience in L&D; or HR operations
