As EPC Innovation Sales Manager, you are responsible for making growth strategy and achievement of AOP through a team of EPC Innovation Account Managers for assigned EPCs. You’re an out -of-the -box thinker who is aspirational about setting recent standards whether business, creativity or operational excellence. You’re always be inspired by value creation and being a value partner to the EPCs.
You’ll strategise on adding value for EPCs whether derisking, delivering faster or meeting key KPIs and helping the customers to be profitable with value-added deliverables. The EPCs represent a high-priority growth segment for the company, and this role is pivotal in reshaping our engagement model through an outcome-based approach and differentiated value propositions. You’re conceptually aware of the value driven differentiation leveraging frontier technologies for delivering business outcomes.
You’ll focus on Large Project Pursuits with complexity handling, program management, drive value strategy, create attachments and build large deals.
Your creative thinking and co-innovation with EPC would be a critical success factor. You’re an operational excellence, business excellence and people excellence evangelist, with solid thought leadership and creative experience, must build capacity in existing team and deliver transformational performance.
You will report to the NATIONAL SALES LEADER END USER and work onsite in Gurgaon or Mumbai, India.
Your Responsibilities:
• Ensure achievement of AOP goals for assigned EPCs, with appropriate mix of products, solutions and services through the team of Sales Account Managers.
• Strategize and execute demand generation programs in collaboration with RA Stakeholders.
• Develop and execute the Disciplined Selling Process and reviews with sales account managers to ensure sufficient opportunities exist to achieve AOP/Sales goals.
