Job Title: Team Lead - R&D;

The job





We are looking for an R&D; Technical Lead to lead software development and R&D; activities for ETAP Real-Time products. The role focuses on SCADA, ADMS, real-time power-system applications, communication protocols, product testing, and engineering solutions. You will work closely with global R&D;, Product Management, QA/Testing, and Project Engineering teams to develop innovative solutions, improve product quality, and address evolving market and customer requirements. This position will contribute to strengthening ETAP’s local R&D; capabilities in India and supporting software localization and innovation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate R&D; and product development activities, providing technical guidance, reviewing solutions, mentoring developers, and resolving technical challenges.
