Indumati Netralaya is a NABH Entry Level certified, Ayushman Bharat empanelled eye hospital on Meja Road, Prayagraj. We bring modern, affordable eye care to rural families so they don't have to travel to the city for it. We've completed 2,500+ surgeries, and a new upgraded hospital is on the way.
About the role As our Patient Counsellor, you'll guide patients and families from diagnosis to surgery. You'll help them understand their options, including our paid surgery packages, and feel confident going ahead with treatment. You'll work closely with our doctors so that no patient who needs surgery leaves without a plan.

What you'll do
• Counsel patients and families on diagnosis, treatment and surgery options
• Explain surgery packages, lens choices, costs and payment or Ayushman options clearly and honestly
• Convert surgery advice into booked surgeries, and follow up with patients who haven't decided
• Coordinate with doctors, OT and front desk on scheduling and follow-ups




• Keep accurate counselling, conversion and follow-up records

What we're looking for
• 2+ year in sales or counselling roles in healthcare, education, insurance, banking, microfinance, pharma, admissions, or another customer-facing field
• A track record of converting enquiries into sales
• Fluent Hindi, basic English
• A calm, trustworthy communicator who can explain cost and medical information simply
• Comfortable speaking with elderly patients and rural families

What we offer
• ₹3 to 5 lakh CTC per year, based on experience, plus incentives
• Full-time, in office at Meja Road, Prayagraj Monday to Saturday
