Key Requirements

1.Voice Process Experience:* Candidates must have experience in voice-based processes, international calling, client handling, or business development.

2.Import & Export Knowledge:* Good understanding of import-export operations, international trade, overseas buyers, and client communication.

3.Leadership Qualities:* Solid leadership skills, team-handling capabilities, and the ability to guide and motivate team members.

4.Business Development:* Ability to generate leads, identify new business opportunities, develop international markets,



and build long-term client relationships.

5.Communication Skills:* Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, presentation, and client management skills.

6.Team & Target Management:* Ability to manage team performance, monitor targets, and drive business growth.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Prior experience as a BDM, Business Development Executive with leadership responsibilities, International Sales Manager, or in a similar role.

Experience dealing with international clients and overseas markets.

Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Ability to lead a team and achieve business development targets.
