Role SummaryWe are looking for one versatile creative who can handle both graphic design and video editing end to end. You will turn briefs into polished static designs and engaging videos, keeping every piece on brand across social media, ads, and campaigns.

Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design
• Design social media creatives, ad banners, posters, thumbnails, and marketing collateral
• Develop logos, brand identities, and style guides for clients
• Keep branding consistent across all design and video outputs

Video Editing
• Edit reels, short-form videos, promos, ads, and long-form content
• Add motion graphics, transitions, titles, subtitles, and visual effects
• Handle color correction and grading, sound design, and audio mixing
• Shape raw footage into engaging stories tailored to each platform

Across Both
• Interpret creative briefs and deliver on tight timelines, balancing design and video work at the same time
• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to align creatives with campaign goals
• Incorporate feedback and revise quickly
• Organize design files, footage,



project files, and final exports
• Stay current with design trends and social media video formats

Required Skills• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva for design
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve for video
• Strong understanding of typography, color, layout, and composition
• Solid sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual flow in video
• Knowledge of audio syncing, basic sound design, and platform-specific aspect ratios and export settings
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines
• A portfolio and showreel that show both design and editing work

Preferred Skills• Experience with Figma, InDesign, or CapCut
• Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, or VFX
• Basic videography or photography skills
• Understanding of social media ad specifications
