At CGC Landran College, we are hiring for General Manager (GM) – Branding with immediate joining.

1.The General Manager – Branding will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the college’s overall brand strategy to strengthen its reputation, enhance visibility, increase student admissions, and establish a solid position in the higher education sector.

2. Key Responsibilities A. Brand Strategy & Positioning: Develop and implement the college’s overall branding and positioning strategy. Establish a distinctive brand identity that differentiates the college from competing institutions. Strengthen the college’s reputation among students, parents, industry partners, alumni, and other stakeholders. Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visual identity, tone, and communication across all platforms. Develop annual branding plans, campaign calendars, and budgets aligned with institutional goals.

B. Digital Branding & Social Media: Oversee the college’s digital presence, including its social media channels, and online reputation.



Lead digital campaigns across relevant platforms, including Google, Meta, YouTube, and other suitable channels. Supervise content creation, photography, videography, reels, testimonials, blogs, and promotional videos. Track digital performance, audience engagement, campaign reach, and lead quality.

C. Creative & Communication Management: Lead the development of branding materials, brochures, prospectuses, presentations, advertisements, banners, and promotional merchandise. Supervise the creative team, designers, content writers, photographers, videographers, and external agencies.

D. Public Relations & Institutional Reputation: Build and maintain relationships with media organizations, education publications, industry bodies, and relevant influencers. Coordinate press releases, media coverage, interviews, institutional announcements, and publicity campaigns. Promote college achievements, awards, accreditation, rankings, plac
