? Experience: 1-2 Years in Financial Services

? Key Responsibilities:
? Handle customer interactions and provide support related to financial products and services
? Assist clients with account opening, documentation, and onboarding processes
? Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth business processing
? Build and maintain strong customer relationships to improve client retention
? Support branch business development and revenue generation activities
? Cross-sell financial products such as Mutual Funds, SIPs, Insurance, Equity, and other investment solutions
? Ensure timely follow-up with customers regarding service requests and queries
? Maintain accurate records, reports, and customer data




? Deliver high-quality customer service while ensuring compliance with company policies

? Skills Required:
✔ Solid communication and presentation skills
✔ Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
✔ Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
✔ Sales and negotiation skills
✔ Customer handling and relationship management skills
✔ Basic knowledge of financial services and investment products preferred
