Role Description:
Durrmi Private Limited is looking for an experienced and qualified Therapist with a strong clinical background, excellent interpersonal skills, and expertise in individual and group therapy. The ideal




candidate should be capable of conducting therapeutic sessions, facilitating workshops, managing
clinical risks, and collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Psychology or a relevant clinical psychology discipline.
• M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology / Rehabilitation Psychology or a relevant recognized qualification.
• Relevant clinical training, diploma, or specialized certifications will be an added advantage, subject to applicable professional requirements.
• 5–8 years of relevant clinical experience, preferably post-qualification.
• Proven experience in individual therapy, group sessions, and workshop facilitation.
• Strong skills in clinical assessment, case formulation, and treatment planning.
• Practical experience in risk assessment, crisis intervention, safety planning, and appropriate referrals.
