Position: Freelance Business Development Partner
Engagement: Independent freelance collaboration
Work Mode: Remote
Target Markets: UK, USA, Middle East, and India
Working Hours: Adaptable, with availability during UK business hours when required
Compensation: Commission-based with performance bonuses
Key Responsibilities• Identify businesses that could benefit from BPO, KPO, and outsourced operational support.
• Prospect and connect with CEOs, founders, COOs, operations heads, and other relevant decision-makers.
• Generate and qualify leads through professional networking, targeted outreach, and existing business contacts.
• Arrange qualified discovery meetings with potential clients.
• Present YAM Tech Solutions' services and understand prospects' operational requirements.
• Manage follow-ups, nurture opportunities, and support negotiations through deal closure.
• Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects, meetings, and sales opportunities.
• Develop long-term client relationships and referral opportunities.

Compensation StructureWe offer performance-based compensation under a mutually agreed written arrangement:
• Option 1: 5–8% commission on eligible first-year client billings, payable subject to the agreed terms and receipt of client payment.
• Option 2: ₹10,000–₹20,000 or US$150–$250 per FTE seat signed.
• Qualified meeting bonus: ₹1,500 or US$50 per accepted meeting with a relevant decision-maker, subject to agreed qualification
