Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Dharampur. The Account Manager will oversee relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers, ensuring timely order processing, delivery coordination, and issue resolution. The role includes monitoring sales performance, tracking account activity, and preparing regular reports to support business decisions. The Account Manager will collaborate with production and logistics teams to align inventory with customer demand, and with finance to manage billing and payment follow-ups.



The position also involves identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts, supporting new business development, and maintaining accurate customer records and documentation.
Qualifications
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and manage key accounts effectively.
• Skills in sales coordination, order management, and basic negotiation.
• Competence in using spreadsheets, CRM tools, and other business software for reporting and tracking.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in FMCG, dairy, or food manufacturing industries is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Dharampur and collaborate effectively with cross-fun
